10 Days to Dunwich

Today marks the beginning of 10 days of solid training, culminating in the Double Dunwich Dynamo.

Ten days of full meals. Full training. Full nights’ sleep. And absolutely no drinking, no smoking, no late nights, hardly any junk food, and, probably for the worse, absolutely no distractions…
And all finishing with 400km in 36 hours.
